Digital WiFi Control
In the USA, where smoking/grilling is a year-round activity, the ability to remotely control your cooking from indoors in seriously sub-zero termperatures is a necessity not a luxury.
For the UK, GMG's innovation enables you to easily monitor and control both the pellet grill's and meat internal temperature using one of three possible modes: Point to Point, WiFi Network, or Server.
Program multi-layer cooking profiles, e.g. "Brisket" STEP 1: Cook at 180°F for 2 hours, STEP 2: Crank to 225°F until the meat reaches 195°F, STEP 3: Drop cooking temp to 150°F to keep warm.
Switch temperature settings from °Fahrenheit to °Centigrade to follow your favourite recipes from either side of The Pond. Store cooking time/temperature information for future use.
